Although the Sith threat has been quiet these last few months, the rest of the Galaxy still exists in a heightened state of awareness, recalling the destruction laid down by the mysterious Darth Revenant.

While the Jedi continuously search for the hiding Sith, organizations such as the DJO spend their time reinforcing their own defenses and conducting their own private searches. Jet, Corellian Diktat and leader of the DJO has promised great fortunes to anyone capable of giving her the location of Chase Storm.

Imperial and Alliance forces remain quiet in the face of the assault by Force users, although murmurings of legislation against Force users swirl around the senate, while anti-Force sentiments mount in the galactic population.

Star Wars: The Wayfarers

In the calm before the storm, the winds of fate fill the sails of adventure.

As the galaxy steels itself for desperate and trying times, the Thruvaran Taaru Masako uncovers an ancient secret hidden on the surface of Centerpoint Station, the Corellian system’s doomsday weapon and eternal bargaining chip. With the help of Avery Heartshorn, daughter of the xeno-archaeologist that first hinted at the mysterious origin of Centerpoint’s glyphs, Masako’s findings reveal either a tantalizing prize, or certain doom. Driven by curiosity and the prospect of ancient & advanced technology to aid the DJO in coming conflicts, the pair sets out for the Klasse Ephemora system aboard the stealth cruiser Faustus, along with Corellian Diktat and the DJO’s Kabal Priestess, Jet Al’Meara. Together they seek the “Luminary”, an unknown entity whose connection to Centerpoint remains ambiguous, but promises to be as ancient as Centerpoint’s builders.

Time is short and the journey long. And with one would-be assassin already dead, and other factions positioning their pieces on the playing field, one may only guess at the interested parties vying for this enigmatic treasure.

In the end, what will challenge our wayfarers more: the prize, or the journey?
